INGREDIENTS:

500ml Iwisa No.1 Quick Cook Samp
1.5 litres Water
5ml Salt
0.5 cup Cucumber, chopped
0.5 medium Onion, chopped
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
50ml White Vinegar
2 teaspoons Canola / Olive Oil (optional)

METHOD

1. Rinse, strain and drain the Iwisa No.1 Quick Cook Samp and cook as per the cooking instruction on pack.
2. In a medium-sized salad bowl, mix all the salsa ingredients and samp together and season to taste.
3. Allow to rest in the fridge for an hour before serving so that the liquids can be absorbed.
4. Serve with a meat of your choice.
