INGREDIENTS

1kg Iwisa No.1 Samp
1 Tbsp Aromat
2 packets Cream of Mushroom Soup
2kg Chicken Pieces
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 packet Brown Onion Soup
Water
Oil for frying

METHOD

1. Rinse samp in a large pot and cook on medium heat until soft and creamy, then set aside.
2. Add Aromat and thicken with cream of mushroom soups.
3. Chop onion, green pepper and garlic then fry, adding spices.
4. Add chicken to fried onion, stir and cook through.
5. Thicken with brown onion soup and serve with samp.
